Work delivered to clients as part of a project becomes the client's property only after full payment has been received.

04Payments & Projects
Project fees are agreed upon before work begins and are payable as specified in the project proposal. I reserve the right to adjust pricing for new projects with prior notice. Work will not begin until an initial payment or agreement has been confirmed.

My services are provided in good faith and to the best of my ability. I do not guarantee specific business outcomes resulting from the design or website work delivered.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of my services or nicutteo.com.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to my services at any time, with or without cause.
